Can anyone explain this tracking?

If you look at the order details it says Paid Jan 20 and shipped December 10???

Ebay International standard delivery to Brazil, I am sure I will have to refund but the tracking makes no sense.

According to this it came back to my home post office Newton il on 2/5 but never delivered.

Go here to track the ESUS number. You'll see more specific carrier tracking numbers on the right. This kind of looks like they recycled a USPS tracking number too early. If you get the USPS number the PO might be able to tell you more.

Either way, EISD shipments include $100 insurance, so if the package is lost you can file a claim here.

Well, don't  put a bee in their bonnet. If the buyer hasn't asked then don't ask if they received it. If they don't  get it I'm sure they'll let you know.

They did let me know

There is clearly something wrong here. It bounced around between USPS clearance centers, where I believe USPS hands off to the county of destination PO for onward delivery. I ship international all the time and never had a package go between ICS locations.

Have you gone to you PO and asked for the package? I would and bring the tracking info that says they have it.

Thanks,   I did file the claim, it was easy and worked just like It did on every other shipping claim that I have ever made.

Got a immediate response "There is no shipping insured for this tracking number".

This is why I never buy any shipping insurance because it is worthless.

You filed a claim at the link I provided? If they rejected that I'd be contacting eBay CS about it. Generally eBay is removed from the process, but in this case ....
