A package is being returned to me because the buyer did not provide their
P.O. Box info , only their street address when ordering.
I used the address information that ebay provided when I printed my shipping label. Solutions/suggestions? How can I get the package reshipped to buyer without having to pay for shipping again (after I get the pkg back)
This sale was made under the new Managed Payments if that makes any difference.

General reply to this thread:
I recently had the same issue. Package returned for insufficient address. I contacted the buyer and she informed me that her kids told her it is not safe to buy anything on the internet and not to tell anybody exactly where she lives. She said she lives in a senior citizen apartment building and did not include her apartment number in her shipping address so nobody would find out exactly where she lives.

My little town (down town area) delivers all my mail to a PO BOX so I add BX234 (no spaces) to my address.
It's frustrating when one puts their address in on an order, not just eBay and it will not take it. By adding BX234 after my house address I get it every time.

You are not obligated to pay shipping again if you were provided an incorrect address. The buyer lost any protection for the incorrect address. If you have the buyers email address PayPal for the shipping you can invoice them through, but they will need to provide you with the correct address.
This is going to be a problem for sellers now because eBay in their infinite wisdom has decided to hide both the buyer and seller email addresses on the sales order now. That means sellers will no longer have a mechanism for sending buyers an invoice to repay the shipping. It seems to me that we will have to refund the buyer and they will have to repurchase. The question I have is if the original shipping was a separate charge whether sellers can withhold the shipping expense from the refund in Managed Payments. All I see are more problems with eBay's Mangled Payments program.
