I have sold a item, and it was delivered on December 2nd and it is currently Christmas happy holidays to everyone seeing this I am dealing with a guy that is making false accusations trying to get a return saying every card was damaged. I got video proof of everything that I sent out nothing was damaged and I called eBay because I was skeptical about this sale. They told me he did this in the past and it’s in my favor I don’t have to return or refund or do partial refund or anything but he keeps messaging so I emailed eBay about this because he keeps saying that he’s going to go to the bank and get his money back.

Actually, the return window for trading cards is 3 days, not 30.
Trading Cards | Covered:

While it is true that you can accept or refuse a return request since the buyer is outside the return window,
you need to consider that they could go directly to their payment source for an chargeback and weigh the risks.

Buyers have a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.
If a buyer opens a 'Not As Described' there is nothing you can do about it.
Video and pictures are NOT accepted as any type of proof since they can EASILY be of 'whatever' 'whenever'

Is that a 3 day return request sale?

eBay agents have told me it’s in my favor since the guy has done this to other sellers and sent back less valuable cards from what sent out

It has been over 23 days eBay said it’s in my favor I don’t have to accept return or refund at all cause the guy is being extremely rude in messages

ALL eBay sellers (as well as buyers) need to read the eBay Money Back Guarantee for buyers, preferably before starting to sell here.
If/when you read it, you will note that, if a buyer opens an item not as described case, you, the seller, will be required to send a prepaid return label if you want the item back and to refund in total upon receipt.
And, BTW, that CS rep that you spoke with gave you incorrect information. Sometimes (often) the rep will agree with anything you say just to get you off the phone so they can go on to the next person, and mislead them also.
When you have an eBay question, these Boards will have actual honest and experienced responders to offer help and/or advice.
PS: Your buyer has 30 days after receipt to open an NAD case, so there's nothing wrong with his time line. Again, read that MBG.

The CS rep who told you that was WRONG. If you follow that advice, cannot begin to tell you what problems you will have.
You "don't have to accept return or refund at all cause the guy is being extremely rude in messages"?
What seller could possibly survive on eBay if he/she followed that advice?

Buyers have 30 days so 23 is within that time and if buyer opens an INAD case eBay will make you pay to get your item back.

Okay, just try that and we will see you back here when you lose your item and the money....
If buyer open an INAD case you will have to pay to get your item back and if you refuse to send a label then eBay will refund the buyer from your money, let buyer keep item and you will get a strike on your account...

They have 30 days from delivery to file with eBay. 180 days from purchase to file with paypal if that is how they paid or 1 year with most credit cards if that was how they paid. So they are within the eBay time limit.

Some of their listings have returns though so without knowing which specific listing it is we don't know if it falls under this

If the funds of this sale are on hold in your "payments"...and you do nothing...I would say you will not receive the funds.
"Going to go to the bank"...buyer might do a credit card dispute which usually over-rides eBay and buyer get their money returned from eBay.

Some people who have filed too many returns are blocked from opening INAD requests and so they could be trying to get a refund without actually opening a request. Like others have said don't do anything unless they actually open the INAD.
