I have sold a item, and it was delivered on December 2nd and it is currently Christmas happy holidays to everyone seeing this I am dealing with a guy that is making false accusations trying to get a return saying every card was damaged. I got video proof of everything that I sent out nothing was damaged and I called eBay because I was skeptical about this sale. They told me he did this in the past and it’s in my favor I don’t have to return or refund or do partial refund or anything but he keeps messaging so I emailed eBay about this because he keeps saying that he’s going to go to the bank and get his money back.

I clicked through all six of their completed trading card listings and none of them accept returns. They all mention the 3 day Money Back Guarantee return period though.

When I click on your link ebay took me to a similar listing by a different seller and that does show returns. As @buyselljack2016 suggested, that may be what you are seeing. The listing with that actual item number does not accept returns.

There is a blue band at the top of the listing you linked that says “
The item you selected has ended, but we found something similar.
View original listing”. When you click on “View original listing”, you are taken to OP’s listing.
What you are seeing is someone else’s current listing for an item similar to OPs.

As other sellers have explained, ebay decided many years ago to err on the side of pleasing and keeping buyers coming back to ebay. In my experience, most abusive buyers never sell on ebay, at least not with same user ID. ebay will back the 30-day money back guarantee in the absence of "incontrivertible" proof of abuse of the return policy.
However, after you pay for the return of your item (assuming you think it can be resold in returned condition), IF you can document EVIDENCE of the abuse of the return policy, you should file a report on the buyer's abuse. Buyers do get their accounts suspended with a number of well-documented, credible reports from different unique sellers., within a certain period of time. I believe it used to be 3 accepted reports of return abuse within a year. You should do this if you consider it warranted for benefit of all buyers. Don't hold your breath, even if the buyer is later suspended for return abuse, waiting for ebay to automatically correct the abuses allowed, with refunds of return shipping and other expenses to all sellers harmed by the buyer.

...sure is interesting how the CS was able to tell you they have a rep for doing this.
But are still allowed on the platform.
