Bulk labels are now showing 2 per page - how to fix?

I went to print 6 4x6 labels and now they're showing up sideways and 2 per page.  I haven't changed any settings.  It's showing up like this in different browsers and on different printers.  Printer settings are all correct, fit to page, portrait mode, it's all the same as it has been. 

The outsourced support is as usual useless and they suggest printing individually.

This happens sometimes - something on eBay's end changes a seller's settings from 4x6 labels on bulk to 8x11 labels. One seller said it happens when they switch between using PayPal and eBay funds to pay for labels. Here's a screenshot of how to change it back if you're using bulk labels:

Seems like it would be a simple fix on eBay's part.  Also seems like the phone support should know that.

I agree. Both kyle@ebay and elizabeth@ebay escalated this in the Fall, but front line CS still cannot instruct a seller on how to change label size or identify that as the issue when a seller calls about label print and layout problems.

I continue to have this ongoing issue for the last week with eBay's Bulk interface changing my settings from 4x6 to Letter (2 labels per page). 

I've documented my experience on another thread and every day I change it to 4" x 6" and it prints and saves (even if I close the interface without printing and come back). Then, the next day it's set back to the 8.5" x 11" (2 labels per page setting .

This is not related to the printer or anything I'm purposely changing.  We've been printing thousands of 4" x 6" labels for 5+ years and it's only been in the last week that eBay is forcing it back.

I am using PayPal to pay for the labels, but the settings remember PayPal and don't remember 4" x 6" labels when I come back the next time, usually the next day.

I've outlined how to replicate this bug on another thread. The bug can be triggered by toggling between use of the Single label interface and the Bulk label interface.  Doing so will reset / forget the 4"x6" label size on the bulk interface.

This is a bug and it would be nice if kyle@ebay and elizabeth@ebay could pass along these new finding.s
