2023- Bulk Shipping Labels Printing 2 per Page Horizontal (Zebra Printer)

I use a Zebra Printer - have for over 5 years. I use bulk shipping due to shipping multiple items a day. Suddenly, yesterday, when I went to print my labels they are showing up horizontal, 2 per page, as if it expects me to ship on 8.5x11 sticker sheets. There is no longer any printer preferences to change to 4x6 vertical.

I have made no changes to settings on my computer. Also, if I go in to print labels individually, after the fact, it works correctly. So, this appears to be server based. I talked with an eBay rep and that was of no help.

I don't have the time to go back and print 20 labels one at a time.

Does anyone know of a fix?

Check the settings when you purchase labels in bulk @jackofallstuff to make sure you selected 4x6

elizabeth@ebay - maybe you can have the OP's CS calls reviewed for further training. Several calls and not one of the reps could guide this seller to change label size when making a bulk label purchase?
