Bug: UPS tracking number not auto-populating in order all of a sudden

I purchased a UPS label through eBay @20 minutes ago. Normally the order will automatically update with the tracking number. (And it did for the other two UPS shipments I did earlier today.) However, this time it is not doing that. I can go to the Shipping Labels tab and see the label. But. when I try to copy the tracking number into the order it tells me that number has already been used... (Yeah. For this order. But you're not displaying it...)

It's not a cache issue. I've cleared that to be certain. (Plus another order I just now cancelled dropped off when I reloaded the page...)

Give it a day or so and see if the item drops off awaiting shipment. Might be a system lag.
