How is it you can keep letting a seller get away with using a bogus shipper? You have had multiple complaint, and you side with the seller. Even when people have security that can prove they never received the item. I do not understand how in good conscience that you can keep letting this happen. You have a lot of buyers that are really unhappy. They feel you are in on the scam. I really hope not. I enjoy a lot of the sellers on your site. And I love buying. Which I do quite frequently. I only hope that you will finally side with the buyers and stop letting seller use BLUESCARE.
Sincerly,

Ebay is not here. This is a community member forum.
You can research the listing better to avoid shipping options you do not like.

ebay sellers using Bluecare generally appear to not disclose that upfront in the listings' shipping details/option disclosure.
perhaps ebay does not allow seller to select bluecare as a disclosed ship method..
gotta wonder why!

Bluecare is not a shipper, it is a logistics company that merely supplies online viewable tracking numbers acceptable to ebay when private carriers like Amazon delivery are use that have their own private tracking numbers not otherwise useful to ebay for proving delivery.

Here is a Youtuber literally instructing unscrupulous sellers to enter bogus street address @ 5:00 - 6:15
