Perhaps there's an arbitration clause with ebay? but I never was even
disclosed who the shipper was til AFTER the sale so have no agreement
with BlueCare Express or whatever else ...
lately have missed seeds and sim cards shipped with just a stamp or two
and no tracking; which is a hassle as sellers did send a pic via ebay
message of an enveope with name written on it and stamp as 'proof' of
shipping, which made me let it go as p...
I noticed it does hide some listings for SIM cards with vanity phone
numbers. Apparently Ebay developed an excuse that listings can not sell
'peoples' phone numbers. Yet obvious some vanity numbers are allowed;
while others not, whilst others 'hidden...
i avoid BCE but usually don't find out til a tracking # is provided that
is not the anticipated vague 'Standard Shipping' or even 'FedEx
Smartpost' do any listings actually specify BCE or are they hiding it on
purpose?!

Depends on the courier/service which vague OP does not seem to mention.
ie, UPS Fedex offer INTERCEPT service to the shipper and possibly even a
verified recipient.Never heard of USPS offering it, tho! And DHL
