When I tried to use Google for this address it led me to a question here about the same address.
The shipping name and address is being shown as:
yinna QJJAJP
15617 NE Airport Way C/O QJJAJP
Portland, OR 97251-9615
Something related to DHL.
The buyer joined last September and has no feedback. They bought our item not long after it was listed.
How safe is it to ship to this person? Thanks.
I did send them a Ebay message asking for a more legible name and address and hoping they reply to the message.
I also Googled QJJAJP and aw another question here on Ebay with 21 replies.
If the foreign shipper is QJJAJP then all we have for the buyers name is yinna.
Thanks for help as others have encountered the same Oregon address.
From the past I know that Ebay says if the tracking number shows delivered then whatever happened after that is no longer an issue for us.

Well, you don't really sell anything expensive from what I see on your posted listings...like phones or computers.
Sounds like a freight forwarding to another country.
You kind of have unusual items.
It has to be shipped if they paid. However, freight forwarding can take longer to get to the buyer. Seller is allowed so much time for buyer to receive it.
Freight forwarding: packages can be on hold until they're a certain number to deliver to the buyer to their country. So, they can do an item not received of the allowed time.
I had such a buyer who I sent just a standard envelope to...and it didn't get freight forward until there were packages with it from other sellers. It's more of a time frame and if the buyer knows this.

That is a Freight Forwarder. Used all the item by international shoppers- saves them international shipping fees by accumulating many items and having them shipped at once.
Ship it- not an issue.
In the future; don't google addresses. If eBay says to ship because item is paid for- ship it.

@naeem Dont bother to Google addresses. If it shows paid = ship.
A lot of over seas buyers use these companies in Oregon. They pay less fees.
You will get a 1.65% foreign transaction fee but Oregon has not sales tax.
Once it shows delivered to the address in Oregon you are fine.

We heard from the buyer:
They use the address alot but have zero feedback.
The package will be shipped today and it was ready to be shipped last night pending pickup by the USPS.

Perhaps the buyer makes a lot of purchases from other places in the US besides eBay.

Many foreign buyers have no choice but to use these forwarding companies because so many sellers block foreign buyers. You have to ship to the name and address on the payment. These companies receive the items and eventually the item is forwarded to the buyer's country. I just had a sale and my buyer is in Brazil but I had to ship to Portland. I asked him when he would get his 2 diecast cars. He answered that he waits until he has bought about 5 lbs in diecast cars and then all of the cars are forwarded to him. He will eventually get the box in 6 to 8 weeks. The freightforwarder handles the customs forms too. As a seller, you are ONLY responsible for getting the item to the freight forwarder.
