Combined Orders Noob

So I am totally new to selling on ebay so excuse my ignorance. A customer placed two orders. I tried to combine the shipping by checking the boxes but when I go print the label it is only for one order. Anyone know what I am doing wrong?

I am using ebay standard envelopes. Printing a label for one and uploading the tracking number to the other order doesn't seem to be possible.

Hey @southerncharmsusa.

1. Make sure both orders are from the same eBay ID, not just the same buyer. If the buyer used guest checkout and there are 2 different userIDs then the items should be shipped separate.

2. If the same ID, go to the bulk shipping page and use the link at the top to combine orders by buyer. https://gslblui.ebay.com/gslblui/bulk
