This tracking number was confirmed shipped to an address in my town in MO that is found no where on my order…. The item was delivered to a an unrelated address in my zip code on 4/14.
I have UPS documented proof of the address where the shipment was actually delivered to and it was not even close to mine...but bc UPS site does not show the actual destination address, and only the city/zip code of where it ended up, crooked, thieving eBay has denied my claim...twice...I have actual screen shots from the ups office of the exact address where the shipment arrived...Additionally it shows the wt of the shipped item which is not even close to the shipping weight of the item i ordered...So this thief is taking advantage of this and ripping people off left and right...Bad thing is, even though he has nothing but negative feedback for the last month of doing this, he, at one time, was pretty good so he is at around 91% positive feedback rating still...How do i handle this??
