boards still misbehaving

I'm seeing double titles in each post instead of "in reply to" And the 'extras' menu is tempermental. (bold, italic, underline, photos, etc) Sometimes it's there. Sometimes it's not. When it's not there, my post was stripped of paragraphs/returns.
