Do the board rules apply to private messages?
Do the community guidelines also apply to private messages sent from member to member on the boards? Specifically rule #4 Be Respectful. I am pretty sure the answer is yes but would like to know for sure. Thank you!

Yes, I'm yelling at Lithium mods and Ebay community people. Stop moving threads to STUPID GROUPS that are IMPOSSIBLE to find without leaving a breadcrumb trail in the original board you moved it from!

I just saw that there is now a new badge for people to get, and it says "eBay Open 2017 Atendee". I'm just curious how eBay knows who went to eBay Open. I did not go this year, so maybe I missed something.
