Unexpected Error

This is the 4th or 5th time this has happened when I click on reply, and the post is lost............we've had this happen before.

At the same time, I am getting a "do you want to leave this page" message......when I've started a post, but not completed it. 

It looks like to me the auto saving/choice to reload  on messages not posted is gone........  just getting more and more disgusted with these "glitches".........

Ugh, I'm sorry to hear this @dhbookds. I've passed this issue on as well. Really hoping the fix Khoros implements will take care of all these things. Thanks!

Out of curiosity, can you confirm that incomplete messages aren't saving?........that you get  the "are you sure you want to leave the page " message........and that if you do leave, there is no option to reload the message?

If that's an intended change........we sure need to know about it.......

Oh, gosh. I got "caught" with that one, too. Composed this witty, thoughtful, insightful, informative post (you can imagine--😁) and my wifi blinked. Gone. No "You have whatever whatever saved. Do you want to load or discard." Nothin'. Nada. Didn't have the creative energy to start the whole comment over again.

Ever since that happened, I've tried to remember to copy my comment before I hit "Post."

(Insert super sad, disgusted face emoji here.)

I'm going to try something...........just lost another one, but I think there may be a time limit now on composing the post....going to wait 5 minutes and try to post............

lol, well that worked.........  so maybe it's longer than 5 minutes......  happening to me, as you say, on long posts.

@dhbookds and @eleanor*rigby you are right! I tried composing a message, refreshed the screen, and when I selected to Reply again their wasn't the usual option to reload what was previously typed up. I've added this to my last update to Khoros and hopefully that will be fixed with everything else. There is nothing more frustrating than having typed something up, just to have it disappear. 😒

Thanks Velvet........I don't understand how stuff like this can "just disappear"..........wouldn't there have to be a definitive change in the programming?.........and if there was.......why isn't Khoros notifying anyone?
