Thank you for helping us catch those bugs! While we did work hard to make sure we caught any issues before we released the new changes to the Community, there might be some issues that we didn’t catch. If you find any issues, please post them only here. The Community team will be actively monitoring this post and we’ll work as fast as we can to get them resolved. No need to @ mention us, if you post here.
Be sure to include links to the pages, screenshots, which browser you’re using and other relevant information you can share.
Update as of 03/05: Thanks for your feedback! I'll be tracking updates here.

So I was told I was too old!!!
LOL..I am too old, too. Must be since the header takes up half my page and I find it annoying. It must be that I am also too old to appreciate that the threads don't move anymore when someone posts to them. If you want to see any progress of a discussion, you have to find it some other way. Goofy pagination, and no links must be the way younger people like it.
Truly I am no tech person. My html experience was limited to the old img src= and herf stuff we used to use for photos and links before they came out with wysiwyg html editors. This summer I built a website, even though I am old. My pages work, my links work, my margins and "white space" is fine, my sorting features work along with my cart, search, checkout, and pagination ACROSS ALL DEVICES (responsive).
I was thinking today, maybe I should send these people a link to the page builder I used. The advanced/pro version is only $39. They should file SNAD on the one they are using now. The old one was better.
PS... Your smiley mask is entirely too large, and there is too much white space....(just joking)
The box here to type a message is entirely too skinny top to bottom. Try to reread or correct and you get to see the top half of a sentence or the bottom half of same (never the whole thing).

I agree with you too. And yes my emoji is too big, but I get so tired of those microscopic emojis that the community offers. 😍 While them might be a hair larger now, or maybe not. They are too darn small. Many of us have complained about that for well over a year, but it doesn't change.
I too hate how large that banner is. I don't come to the community to see that kinds of stuff, I come to see where I can help out or learn new things.

I hope ebay didn't pay much for these changes.
Whatever they paid, I hope they can get their money back.

For those that think the mobile experience is better for us. It’s NOT!
That’s the first page, before more scrolling begins, then comes about 1 and a half pinned topics, scroll to get maybe 1 or 2 pinned threads or post. The Chrome Book isn’t any better.

It's a community killer. I will likely reduce participation.

Is there a way to communicate privately about this new board? I ask because I have discovered a serious privacy / security issue and I do not want to post it publicly, for obvious reasons. I truly hope it is not discovered by anyone else before it is fixed.
You can reach out to me or the Community team via direct messaging. Just scroll to the top and look for the little envelope.

People who post on business forums don't need cute graphics, little badges and scenery - they need functionality and simple, easily scanned layouts, direct and to the point. I've used forums for years and have been on quite a few, and this one hasn't seemed to grasp that simple concept since they took over from Liveworld that former outfit.

Now now....I think if you turn your phone sideways you will get to see the full header, not just the half. It will likely take up the whole phone screen though, so be ready.
P.S. I am posting in reply to @mam98031 because I can't find your post. I think it might be on page 8, but not sure.

The link to the Mentor Program in the "Additional Resources" column on the left side of the main community page previously lead to a page with details of the program and mentor profiles, I believe. Now it appears to go to a forum with exactly one decidedly non-mentor policy-related question:

No desire to turn my phone sideways. I did, Nope, don’t like that either. Have no clue what page. Mine is set to 20 and have to do math to see if I should choose the 8 or 9 button. 😩

So are we going to get or be able to see a "punch list" of the items eBay is asking Khoros to fix?
Or should we keep posting to advocate for the items we want to see changed>

Community_team, this new format is going to kill the Soapbox. We rely on continuity over there for our political discussions, and that's just not possible now. Posting has already fallen off dramatically - you can check.. Please help?

Do we REALLY need pinned threads to appear at the top of every single page?

I'd prefer to hover.
I don't need to constantly read "we've moved this thread...."
