Hi everyone,
Many of you come across error messages on the Community platform and it's reported on the boards. In order for Khoros to fix any issue, they need to be able to reproduce it.
We need as much information as you can provide, so we can pass along the issue. Below is an example of an error message that has been popping up lately and this is what we provided to Khoros.
Step 1: Take a screenshot of the error message
Step 2: Right click the error message and press inspect
Step 3: Take a screenshot of the code under Elements tab
Step 4: Take a screenshot of the code under the Console tab
If there are any other relevant information you can provide, that would be very helpful.

Approx 3:43pm PT on Oct 5th using Brave browser on a Mac and viewing Community in Dark Mode.
I posted a reply to a topic- upon clicking submit the below error appeared. I checked and the reply did go through.

I noticed that the thread I replied to was moved from Selling to Technical issues so the error was probably the result of posting at the same time the thread was being moved.

Can only see username and level they are at for number of post (Rockstar etc) When the feedback number "was" (is not now) could not see their feedback page, it would just show having issues message. You could click on their view listings (which is not showing now) and do a workaround to see them. Click on the username now just shows their community profile with no way to get further.
