Hey @wastingtime101 I never did get an outright confirmation, but through some trial and error, it does appear that adding just "export.ebay.com" does take care of the other links associated with that part of the site. I do have that one added now, so pretty soon you'll stop seeing the popup for that policies page link you provided.
