Post history missing on profiles?

I wanted to find a thread I was participating in recently, but my post history is wiped out from mid-November to current. I checked a few others' profiles and their post history is gone, too. Some go back to mid-November and others to mid-December. What's going on?

It looks like all my posts on the Selling Board are gone.   I knew they weren't important, but to erase them all is just plain rude. 😋

@pburn Brittanie opened a ticket with Khoros last Thursday when we chatted about this on the Community.  It's still early Monday morning, on the west coast, so we haven't heard back from them yet, but as soon as we do, I'll post an update on the Community.

@fern*wood I checked the spam filer and didn't see any posts under your handle. I submitted a ticket, separate from the ticket Brittanie created, with Khoros regarding posts that have gone missing.

I also posted a Happy New Year post last Thursday night. This morning I noticed that it's not on the seller board anymore and it's also not on my profile page.

I do agree with Pburn that everything you post is important.  Hopefully we can get to the bottom of this soon!

@pburn Sorry! No one was in the office when you tagged us because of the holiday/weekend. I've filed a ticket with Khoros and they're reviewing this. I've also added this thread's examples. I'll update everyone once I have more information.
