Just saw the new layout, please note:
1. No notification feed or link on the Home page
2. as discussed in our meeting, not enough topics displayed per screen ... only 2 compared to 8 & 11 on the old Notification page and Home page, pic below
3. Way too much stuff on the home page, pic below ... I don't read any of it, I just scroll past it to see the topics ... while get the "Brand" issue you mentioned in our meeting things can still be made smaller, we don't need this type of splash page ...
4. I suggest you turn this off until you get the Notification feed turned on ... it's hard to want to support The Community as a Mentor without convenient features like we had before.
The ONLY way that I can view more than 2-3 posts per page if I change my browsers viewer,
and zoom out (ctrl -) about 4 times. 😠
After 20+ years on the boards, I have seen lots of these layout changes, most of them not for the better. This is one of the worst I must say.
UPDATE: Wow, I just logged in and answered one M2M thread and this is no joke, I feel pressure behind my eyes and find myself squinting ... the dark maroon (or whatever color they are calling it) band across the screen is just too much contrast with stark white background.
I also noticed all the threads that have no replies ... I suspect members are not spending as much time here since this new page launch. That is certainly one way to get the message across.
Seriously, THIS is over kill on the eBay "brand" ... when I log in THIS is what I see on my screen ... then its off to scrolling and scrolling and scrolling and scrolling ...........

@lady_madonna I have my screen resolution set so it works on ALL the programs I use. I know what you are saying and yes, we could zoom in and out depending on what eBay page we are working with ... but then we would be adding zooming to scrolling ... someone should write a song, huh!?!

@mr_lincoln I too am seeing A LOT of unanswered posts and many without any views. I know I have spent less time on the community at night. It is 'ok' on my desk top (don't get me wrong, I still don't like it) but it is just terrible on my Kindle. I can only see 2-3 threads on the screen plus tons of white light. I am usually in bed, lights off, glasses off, so it is pretty close to my face due to my nearsightedness. Blinding! Probably frying my retinas--don't tell my eye doctor!
