Intermittent usually means it happens off and on.  This has been ON for 2+ weeks.

Is it really going to get fixed or is it the New Normal?

I don't have an update to share at this time, but this isn't the new normal.

I'm pushing hard to get this fixed and will certainly share more information as I have it.

The eBay Community Team works with Khoros to get these issues corrected. eBay, as the client, has staff who liaise with Khoros on all kinds of Community issues.

Sheila, for example, is the Community Manager for eBay. It is her responsibility (along with others, I'd imagine) to work with Khoros, the contractor, to try to get these issues resolved.  While Khoros is the entity actually incorporating the required corrections, it's at eBay's behest; hence the reference to "Team eBay."

Since I've tagged Sheila and haven't tagged anyone from Khoros, it seems more appropriate to reference "Team eBay" than "Team Khoros."

Not working yet on my computer. I've tried several browsers and even my sons Mac, to no avail.  Yesterday, I did click on a link to an old topic from last January and saw avatars and Feedback #s.  None on the recent ones though.  

I would like to know why there is not a business side link on the community any longer?  Having to open a couple of tabs then leave one open to get to it is a pain.
