Hello.
There is a log-in issue live in the community currently (5:33 pm pacific, Sept 17). Members who are logged in may be seeing a pop up asking them to to approve access to files. Members who are logged out can still view community but cannot log in.
Developers from both eBay and Khoros (the community software vendor) are working on this now. We will update when we know it is fixed.
Thank you

Edit 4: and, now that I have posted again, I just found Message 29. My last post is Message 29. So why was my previous post saying that it was Message 28 of 29 when I hadn't even posted Message 29 yet?
Good night.

Working now!

Thanks you! I was also having a sign in problem and was finally able to sign in a few minutes ago. Gotta love eBay, as if there's not enough problems in everyone's life right about now. At least it kept us occupied with the sign in issue instead of the worrying about fires and floods and falling trees.

😒
That's like telling someone "thank you" because they stopped burning your forearms with lit cigarettes.

Yeah, that was someone's brilliant idea that everyone hated.
If you go back out to the main page of this board and click on the "Options" drop-down list, you'll see a new section that offers two options:
Select "Linear replies" to see the replies listed the way you usually do. I do believe it will default to that whenever you come back to visit this board.
And someone thought it was going to be a great improvement to roll out the "threaded replies" to the entire Community--every discussion board.
You can read some of the discussion about it in this thread:
" . . . threading is the way of the future."
Pay particular attention to the eBay staff replies.

Well -just becuase something goes wrong does not effect my gratefulness for when it is corrected. So, Thank You is quite appropriate.

yes, I noticed the threaded/linear thingy......it apparently defaults to linear.....as every thread is still the same way for me..........except this one....... I did see the discussion and am very glad it is a choice.....which I won't use....rather than a default to threaded....as I would be totally lost.....and would probably never think to click on Options........ Discovered it by accident.
