I was told to report this here,
I am not getting any notifications from posts in groups that I belong or in the community boards. I have checked my notifications and click on receiving them but still do not get them
Could someone help , please?TIA

Hi @theshoppingmom2 - I don't have a meaningful update to provide, sorry. :C
We think we've tracked down the 'why' it's broken and are now working on a potential fix with the teams involved. It's unclear on how speedy that will be, however, so for the time being we're in a bit of a limbo.

I wish @theshoppingmom2 - the long and short of it is this:
Khoros has email notifications turned on correctly - they use our settings to get you an email, and everything is hunky-dory.
Khoros switched a back-end provider that broke that system. We're working with our IT to see if our back-end settings can compensate and adjust to make up the difference. That's at least as I understand it. There's a lot of tech stuff that's not my wheelhouse at all so you're getting it through my filter of comprehension. 😛

My co-leader is having the same issue. I am still receiving email notifications for our group, but she is not.

tyler@ebay- It's been 4 months. Any progress here?
Is Khoros giving eBay free service to compensate for all of these headaches and their lack of fixing... well, anything? (Rhetorical.)
I inadvertently left some PMs hanging for a month because I didn't get the e-mail notifications and I've been busy so I hadn't logged on for a while.

Hi @coffeebean832 - nothing of note. brian_burke@ebay is working on our side to get this resolved.

Just so you know, aside from not getting notifications through normal email in months there is a new issue with community where it asks me to sign in (even though never signed out) and hit the "Sign In" link at top of page and it just goes to same thing...do this about 10-15 times before my community account loads and I can check notifications/community inbox mails.

sheila@ebay- I know the lack of e-mail notifications is on your list, but it's been quite a long time since there were any updates. The last e-mail notification I got was around May. Can you push the issue with Khoros?

I agree that this needs to be taken care of as a priority not just for the volunteers but what about the poor OP's that have no idea that they received a reply
