How do I "unsubscribe"

I must have about 100 notifications on this board and I want to "unsubscribe" to the board and the discussions.  How do I do that?

I went to help for answers but that doesn't work.

Log into the message board and Click your username in the top right. A popup window will open, and at the bottom of the window is a link to see "My Subscriptions".

Here's another way of getting there

 If you are referring to just this board> 

Start on the main community platform feedback board select the three dots options menu> unsubscribe.   Often use the 3 dots on a thread on the DB's too to unsubscribe.
