maybe it's part of new update of increase fees, we now get badges, like the "The Sucker" badge or the "Employer" badge for those sellers with a a ton of sales who literally paid an ebay's employee salary for year with their fees

The only badge I'm aware of is the badges earned for participating in the community. It will be here on your community profile.

Please show us an example of this badge showing  on a listing or where you have seen this badge on a jewelry seller's eBay profile.
