Can't reply on some message boards

Hello everyone,

While this is not the correct board to ask, it is the only one that allows me to post or reply to a post.  My question is, why? I enjoy the antiques, art, and collectibles boards, but they don't allow me to join in the discussions.  Am I missing something?

You have been on these boards before, not sure how " something" is stopping you from posting on the collectable boards now?

You should be able to post on any public board?

Log out, try a different browser?  A lot of glitches currently....

@cambriachick , which boards are you not able to reply on? Please post links, so we can check this out.

The only discussion board that is restricted is the Member to Member board, you have to be accepted as a Mentor to post there, but I wouldn't be concerned about that one. Aside from that, there are some groups (not discussion boards) where you have to join the group in order to post or reply.

Some boards, you have to subscribe to it to be able to post messages.

Unless an individual thread is locked due to age or topic, you should be able to fully participate on these boards:

Collectibles & Art 

Antiques 

Art 

Collectibles 

Some categories have groups that require "membership" or being approved to participate in the group. Some boards, like "Voices: for Collectibles" are a new feature and seem to be to be a waste of space.

Is there a specific place you've been prohibited from posting? If you share the link, we'll try to figure out what's going on . . .

Hi kids,

Yes, I have been on those boards before, without problems.  I did go ahead and click on the options tab to subscribe, so I'll see if that makes a difference.  If not, I'll try a different computer.
