Can't open ANY threads that I "Float to the top" of my list

sheila@ebay  or anyone else who has seen this issue ...

I used to be able to use the "Float" feature to have threads at the top of a list for quick access ... now when I Float a thread to the top it will NOT open ... so I have to scroll and scroll and scroll to find the darn thing to open it ... but after scrolling through several pages I realize I have better things to do with my time ...

Yep, been that way almost since the option started............I've reported at least twice.....but always more important things to worry about..........

Hi sheila@ebay ,

The thread I picture was created on the Returns tab ... I suspect the date it was created would be a starting point.  I know when folks replied I went to it through notifications but for a few follow up updates on my part I tried going through the Returns tab and experienced the failure but I don't have specific dates for that.

Shelia it was some time ago and frankly I'm not going to try to find it........just don't have the time......

If it gets fixed.........that would be great..............but I'm sure nothing can be done until.................

The issue is not limited to the Returns board ... the same issue occurs on the following boards: Selling, Shipping, Returns, Payments, etc.

Though I'm glad that this issue is finally resolved, the patch was released yesterday, 5 months is too long. 

The jump to issue you're referring to won't be fixed for another month, at least. It's not ideal and this is my number one P1 issue, but to no avail.

Wow, this morning I looked at the Selling forum and my floated thread was still dead (all dead links), as reported some months back.

I just now looked and it is fixed!  All of the "This widget could not be displayed" messages are gone, and the links are back!
