Did you mean:

A heads up wudda been nice

Now I see why  some of the eBay staff took jobs in other departments.

 Frankly, I don't  blame them.

What a mess...I just posted what was coming up on my screen with Chrome. It's bizarre.

Re: A heads up wudda been nice

@ckimodog,

Try deleting the recent cookies from Chrome. I found that worked for me.

Deleting 1 hour of cookies worked for me, but I had just opened the community within the previous hour. @readabouthorses deleted 24 hours of eBay cookies.

On Chrome:

Click the 3 dots underneath the X top right corner > Settings > Clear Browsing data > Last hour (or Last 24 hours) > cookies and other site data > Clear site data button

Same here. Another day, another cluster.

To delete only eBay cookies on Chrome (desktop version):

Click the 3 dots underneath the X top right corner > Settings > Clear Browsing data > Last hour (or Last 24 hours) > Cookies and other site data > See all cookies and site data>Type "ebay" (without the quotation marks) in the "Search cookies" field.

The above steps will display all the eBay cookies. They can then be deleted en masse or individually.

Let me know if you'd like screenshots of the above steps.

@ckimodog @lacemaker3

As posted earlier, my Chrome browser is displaying everything as usual. I logged on around 7 a.m. Central.

yes

I'll try deleting cookies, see if that does anything.

@tev4all

If you're using a Chrome browser, follow the steps in Message #20. Let me know if I can clarify anything.

Gotcha, didn't happen to me until about half an hour ago, and YUK - hopefully this is a glitch LOL

Re: A heads up wudda been nice

@eleanor*rigby, thanks for the suggestion.

I had been able to fix most of the bad format by clearing cookies from the last hour, but the pale, faint font lingered on. When I saw that others were reporting that the font had been corrected, I tried your instructions and deleted all eBay cookies. Strangely, that didn't log me out of the community, and it didn't fix the font issue either.

So I delete all cookies from the last hour again, logged back in, and that has fixed the font for me.

Strange that deleting eBay cookies wasn't enough, but now I can read here again without the severe eye strain.

Re: A heads up wudda been nice

I came to the community boards at 11am and it looked like someone put the boards in a blender and poured the jumbled mess out. The site was broken.

I am on Firefox, no cookies to delete, and refreshed many times and left to other websites. Came back and it was back to normal.

Temporary glitch, I guess.

Glad to know so many people had the same experience as I was thinking something was wrong with my computer!

@lacemaker3 oh wow, it looks like this issue occurred before I got in the office today! Everything seems to back to normal now, thankfully 😅
