It has been 4 days can not revise listing nor create new listing, contacted ebay they said they noticed this and trying to fix it asap... however nothing fixed after more than 4 days...
Changed the browser, clean the cookies, both are not working.
It keeps redirecting to the error page. Anyone else has the same issue?

Considering I've given them information they needed twice now, in depth, and the last time they said they didn't think they needed any further help from me because they think they found the issue. A couple of more days go by and it is crickets.
My patience is running out with this bull. Something needs to be done with this NOW!

Have just directed an Au seller who posted on the US boards here, so seems this is no closer to resolution than when you started - I am so sorry, this is so unacceptable

Ive the same issue here, based in Europe selling on ebay.com, never had issues before, Support are not very helpful. Ive tried in Chrome, Edge, Incognito etc etc, is this a location issue?
Any help is appreciated thanks

I think you need to make a rather urgent call to the BBB, this is now beyond ridiculous, and how much has this affected your's and many other's sales.
I say BBB (over here it is CCA) a consumer protection agency that helps deal with non performance (ie: not getting what you are contracted and paying for to get from eBay)
If you have nothing like that over there, go to the media as this is NOT how a reputable billion dollar company is expected to operate.

I've been having the same issue with absolutely no help from eBay. Try doing this.
Under the section - Postage details/ Business policies / Payment policy.
I changed the Payment Policy option (on the listings that I couldn't update or new listings that would't list) to 'eBay Payments: Immediate pay' and I was then able to adjust the listings that I previously couldn't.
After so many messages to eBay help and dealing with lots of different agents who had sent my requests to their technical department (or should I call it the **bleep** department) I really can't understand how the eBay help couldn't give me this simple information. Absolutely useless!

I have immediate pay selected in the items Im trying to list and still getting the same issue. Great that its sorted for a couple of ye. Nothing here unfortunately.

Just wanted to check have you selected it in the drop down menu?
Have you followed these steps?
Under the section - Postage details/ Business policies / Payment policy.
Change the Payment Policy option (in the dropdown menu) to 'eBay Payments: Immediate pay' .
Fingers crossed you can get it sorted.
