Hi all Having an issue here. Im trying to refund a buyer but I keep
getting the attached error. Ive called paypal and there is no issue on
their side. Any ideas? Thanks in advance
I have immediate pay selected in the items Im trying to list and still
getting the same issue. Great that its sorted for a couple of ye.

Ive the same issue here, based in Europe selling on ebay.com, never had
issues before, Support are not very helpful. Ive tried in Chrome, Edge,
Incognito etc etc, is this a location issue? Any help is appreciated
