It has been 4 days can not revise listing nor create new listing, contacted ebay they said they noticed this and trying to fix it asap... however nothing fixed after more than 4 days...
Changed the browser, clean the cookies, both are not working.
It keeps redirecting to the error page. Anyone else has the same issue?

I think you need to go to the item site and manage under it.
For example I sell on UK and US both, for my UK listing, i will need to manage them under UK site. Go to the listing - revise it - shipping details - business policy - payment policy - edit - check the box of "prompt payment" (or something called similar like that). - click save (save all to all of the listing on this site) - complete your revise.
Then you will find it's able to revise.
Hope you can fix it.

Happening in UK and AUS as well now, seems to be a pretty widespread problem sadly.
I just don't really understand why the eBay employee's who have posted here that say they are sending info to tech can not get a tech to post here, cutting out the middleman, but typically eBay - if they can't fix it, ignore it.
Just read @luisaboutiquewarehouse thank you, heading over to AUS now and looking to see if this fix is good for our lot, so thank you very much - hope you don't mind that I C&P you post to help others.

Can't agree more.
They are only good at LIP service.
And I bet none of ebay agent or employees here would have the courage and decency come to say sorry about the stupidity and sorry we wasted so much time on everyone.

It really bothered me when I first posted here to realise that you actually had eBay rep's come here (and in Canada) when we have nothing.
We don't even have a Let Us Call You option, although our fee's are even higher than yours and Canada's LOL
But upon reading more and more threads with the responses by the rep's I have to admit, not feeling so hard done by any more.
That a member can sort something out that eBay 'expert tech department' can't is mind boggling.
But, happy that you have finally got it sorted and I really hope it did not impact too badly on your business.

While I'm glad this "solution" allows sellers to revise listings, I consider it only a partial solution. A TOTAL solution would allow sellers to revise listings even if they don't have Immediate payment required.
eBay has a transaction fee of $.30. High volume, low cost sellers rely on combined shipments to make a profit. Let's say I sell 40 postcards to a single buyer. If I require immediate payment, that's a $12.00 cost in transaction fees alone ($.30 x 40 = $12.00) vs. a combined shipping $.30 cost in transaction fees ($.30 x 1 = $.30).

This current problem of re-listing or even listing a fresh item appears to be worldwide with eBay and after being on eBay (sorry to say) 23 years, they continue to care less and give "nothing" but lip service when problems like this arise. Best of luck, Sam (cwopsam)

Hi Brittanie,
Can you check my account too. The same thing has been happing to my account since June 1, 2021. I cannot update or edit items I have for sale and cannot list new items. When I update my item and click the button at the bottom that says "update listing" it brings me to a page saying "We looked everywhere" see attached pic. When I create a new listing and press "publish listing" it brings me to the same page. I've called eBay several times with no help yet, just the same response every time "We are working on it" "We'll let our tech team know". If anyone has a fix for this or knows what is going on, I would greatly appreciate any information you can give.

Could this be eBay's way of punishing sellers if they have not add the required item specifics? Just a thought as I got an email letting me know that if I has not updated specifics by July 12th I would not be able to list new items.
