Is anyone else having the issue of where if you attempt to revise any or all of your listings it leads to an error page? https://www.ebay.com/n/error
This has been ongoing for over a week where an attempt to edit any part of an existing listing leads to the error page. Tech support has apparently been notified but they are very slow and probably haven't even started fixing this yet.

I've been told by a rep that numerous people are experiencing the issue and that it is only a P3 level issue, which means that it is not that urgent of a fix. Apparently the more people that have the issue the merrier as then and only then will ebay get to the issue fixing faster.

Reason you are having a problem revising listings is because you didn't enroll in the new MANAGED PAYMENTS. EBAY no longer uses PAY PAL for their money management. All Seller are required to enroll in you want to continue selling.
To enroll you need to provide CHECKING ACCOUNT (9-digit routing number only) and SOCIAL SECURITY# (for tax purposes). Name on your checking account, social security card and EBAY profile page must be EXACT MATCH (or your application may be denied).
With Managed Payments money is deposited directly into your checking account (5-7 days AFTER sale is made). EBAY deducts selling fees & shipping costs (balance deposited into your account). EBAY "holds back" shipping so you will have money to print label. When you print label (go to bottom of page) and click use "pending funds" or you can use PayPal if you prefer.
Customers have more payment options with Managed Payments (PayPal, Gpay, MC, Visa, Discover, AmEx, Discover).

Very thoughtful explanation..
eBay really should consider a page/pop-up explaining just that. That they need to register for MP.
It would help sellers understand what the issue is and prevent a lot of unneeded frustration.

Thank you for asking. NO it is not fixed.
I cannot list any items at all.
I cannot revise an item.
I cannot list from a draft.
I have cleared my cookies & cache memory. Had no other browsers open.
It all goes straight to the same error page as yours.
I have tried to get help for WEEKS ... No help.
Monday 12-7-21; I asked the automated help to get an agent to ring me. They said OK ... I waited ... nothing. They said I was in USA. I wrote I was in Australia. This went on for hours, over & over.
I finally spoke to 2 automated agents when I tried again, a couple of hours later. The last guy said he would ... Write me a ticket (for the Tech team). He said I would get an email from ebay & then a phone call.
Had a phone call from ebay yesterday ... AT LAST. But still my problems had NOT been passed on to the Technical team ... as I was promised. I am asked to email her screen shots of what happens when I try to Revise, List etc.
It seems they don't give a dam if your only "A Small Fish !!".
If it goes on & does not get fixed, I will have no alternative, but to close my shop.
7-7-21 I had a buyer open a Payment Dispute
Details from buyer
The item doesn't match the description in your listing See more details;
order delivered today but only an empty box, cannot contact site.
I had to get that sorted.
I agreed to accept the dispute & Refund buyer immediately !!
THE FUNNY THING WAS; I HAD NOT POSTED THE 3 ITEMS, I HAD TILL THE FOLLOWING DAY TO POST & was actually getting the order ready when I learned of the dispute (I had never heard of this SCAM before) .
Had I have posted, ebay would have hit me with a $20.00 FEE & I would have lost out all over !!
Good luck everyone. You need it when you sell on ebay.
PS. I am enrolled in Managed Payments.

Last I was told by reps, Managed Payments was invite only and I do not have an invite. I can't do anything until I am invited. I was told to accept PayPal by the reps until then so... I don't know if that's the reason behind this.

Check all of your internal eBay messages for the invite, eBay already have you in MP and if you don't provide the necessary info you can't get paid.
Where are you located ?

Thank You for your help. I went on my Business Policies & made up a default Payment Policy "TO EBAY". Then I revised, relisted & put up from a draft & where it said Payments I took away PayPal & Bank Deposits & put the Ebay Payment & everything works. So thank you, thank you, thank you,
Regards & happy selling,
Betty.

Thank you to everyone that offered help to me.
I can now, list my items, revise them & list from a draft.
As an ebay Seller advised me, to go to Business Policies & make a New Payment Policy; "Ebay Payment".
I did this & then listed a new item, revised some & put up 1 from a draft.
As I did these, in the Postage section, I took away PayPal & Back Deposit & put Ebay Payment in it's place & Bingo !! They all listed,
So THANK YOU ALL again For your time & HELP, it is very much appreciated.
Happy Selling,
Betty.
