troubles on listing, can't revise listing nor create new listing

It has been 4 days can not revise listing nor create new listing, contacted ebay they said they noticed this and trying to fix it asap... however nothing fixed after more than 4 days...

Changed the browser, clean the cookies, both are not working.

It keeps redirecting to the error page. Anyone else has the same issue?

What happens when you go to an active listing and sell similar?

I don't know.... but if you have not signed up for managed payments this is what can happen.

Good call. Their listings show that they're in Managed Payments, so the question is whether or not they verified their ID and added a bank account.

I am in managed payment for almost a year now.

Just tried, sell similar is no problem. So the only problem is not able to revise.

ID verified, bank account linked, MP was running silky smoothly for almost a year, no issues.

Does that let you revise or does it load the page not found?

I know you said you tried different browsers already. Do you have a different computer or a tablet you can use to see if the error duplicates?

by copy the item number to the end of the link, it direct to the revise page.

However, still can't revise successfully.

No, i don't have a different computer. The trouble was suddenly happened out of no where 5 days ago.

So the page not found error appears when you click the button to publish your revisions?

When i click the link you advise, it directs to the revise page without any problem.

After i update the revised link and click update, it goes to the error page again.
