troubles on listing, can't revise listing nor create new listing

It has been 4 days can not revise listing nor create new listing, contacted ebay they said they noticed this and trying to fix it asap... however nothing fixed after more than 4 days...

Changed the browser, clean the cookies, both are not working.

It keeps redirecting to the error page. Anyone else has the same issue?

In the past 6 days they only told me report was opened to the team and they will fix this bugs, every day say the same thing, but so far no one follows up... no one really help.

Completely a joke for such kind of big international company.

I contacted them everyday, and yesterday again. They said the same thing, "working on fixing it..."

I take it you read the other posts and you have given your bank details etc to eBay?

Yes, have opted to managed payment for almost a year, ID verified, bank verified, MP worked smoothly well.

Actually have contacted MP as well, they checked everything and confirmed it's nothing to do with them, all fine, so they transfer me to the selling / tech team, selling/tech team confirmed it's system issue and they are checking the system roots, "working hard on it" that's what they say every day.

Can you use the bulk editor to revise your listings or do you get the same error?

Still error, but error says we need more information. However what information they need, not saying anything.

I've never seen an error like that in bulk editor - can you post a screenshot?

Gotcha - so are you having that issue with 2 listings or all of your listings?

Day 7 for me....I'm calling eBay twice a day...they say its a know error and their working on it. What a joke

Still no follow up, no reply, no time guidelines when they can fix it... is that normal?
