selling golo release an d golo-digest

hi all I have a problem i have sold Golo Releaes and golo-digest on here before.. lately i listed these items an ebay has removed my listing saying it was counterfiet..it is the same as i listed and sole just recently, i appealed and sent them all the pictures and receipts from my purchase from Golo Co. proving the are authentic, they refuse to reverse their decision of removal.......  how can i list my items and not get them removed again I see tons of others sellers listing the same identical product........please some one help me with his  i need to recover my spent money.... So ridiculous as my listing was pulled as well BUT, it was ONLY the pamphlets and wristband. NO supplements.  I bought directly from GOLO. Found no results from the supplements and had no use for the pamphlets so, after seeing similar listings, I listed the items rather than throw them out.  I thought I could recover a tiny bit of my initial cost.

There are still similar listings out there. Seller beware!

I understand i see several listing identical to mine and they are still listed, how can that be fair when i supplied all they asked for when i appealed..

Some years ago, I listed a record album... I think it was the US Air Force Band in concert or something. Ebay pulled the listing because of some violation (I think with the armed forces and the purpose of the record).

I thought that was a stupid thing for Ebay to do, but I realized it is their site. I'm just a customer of Ebay's. I pay for the use of their site to list my stuff.

There is no conspiracy, no "seller beware". You agree to use the Ebay site and follow their rules.  It doesn't matter if someone else is "getting away" with something.

For me, I would never buy dietary supplements or prescription (or OTC) drugs online. For all anyone knows, they could be counterfeit. Ebay doesn't know if they are or not and I'm sure they (nor anyone who lists those drugs or supplements) would want to be liable for anything adverse to happen to anyone who purchased.

Here I thought I was the only one that it was happening to. I listed mine. It was removed. I even got suspended for three days called explained I’m selling the same item everybody else is, got my account back relisted & sold the item, but the person never paid so I relisted it they  removed it AGAIN and got suspended for 10 days. eBay won’t give me no answers why I’m being flagged buy nobody law is. eBay sucks. Different rules for different people. It’s **bleep**!!!

I’ve also reported listings for golo.  I don’t think it’s right that one person can sell and another can’t and I also received the same. They removed a bunch of them and then another day that I reported a bunch it says there was no violation so they weren’t removed eBay is such **bleep** double standards. It’s ridiculous. I reported it to ftc. com it’s like better business bureau not that’ll get me anywhere but I’m furious. I just think it’s total **bleep** they’re removing my listing and suspending me for doing no different than what many other sellers are selling. Even went as far as looking for a physical address that I could put in a complaint to eBay and there’s no such thing. Not trying to **bleep** anyone off trying h to well items, but if one can sell it al should be able to. Period!

I know im so sick of it i contacted my local news to do a story on it   gathering more info with listings just like mine that are still up however they removed mine....

Glad to hear it. We have to fight back it’s **bleep** that some can sell it and I can’t and you can’t. I’m behind ya 101% !!!!
