I'm having the same issue. The original listing was rejected as violating eBay's "counterfeit policy." At first I thought all I needed to do was include the word "authentic" in the listing. No go. So I changed the wording (even going so far as to copy the wording from a current listing) since whatever the other sellers did/wrote seemed to be okay. No go. I deleted all but a picture of the front of the bottle and the bottom (with the expiration date) thinking the AI genius making the rejection was seeing/reading something it didn't like. No go.
With each rejection I got an AI generated message that didn't specify why eBay thought it was counterfeit. I appealed twice even including the receipt for the purchase to "prove" it was not counterfeit. No go. Lastly, I got a hold of a "customer service" rep on the phone (type "agent" in the chat box) to try to explain the situation. Ha!! What a disaster! I was told to wait another day because there is an appeal pending. Guess how that will turn out?!
I'm not a conspiracy theorist but I've got to think that GOLO has turned some screws on eBay to protect their sales. Why let us sell the product when they could be reaping more profit? Guess they didn't make enough on the original sale! As someone I contacted earlier today mentioned "once you purchase the product it is yours and no longer theirs. It is the same with anything you purchase. If you don't want it, change your mind, have lost enough weight and have extra product or whatever, it is yours. You paid for it. GOLO does not own eBay." Or do they?
