Hello,

Around oct 28 I recieved 1 of 2 vero complaints from a brand. Both complaints were from same brand for name usage. I believe they were properly marked as "compatible with", but that is neither here nor there; some of you know what happened to me next.

Ebay, on their own volition, then proceed to pull 9+ of my other listings.

I am in discussions with the brand holder. Neither here or there again, but the brand holder appeared to be surprised by eBays additional actions surrounding their complaints (some of the items pulled by ebay were verified as genuine and all good...appeals still denied even with eBays own receipts for 2).

Two months down the road, as far I can, eBay has "given up". I have almost 30 hours on the phone with them, including getting through to the VeRO leadership team once, and 5 email chains to vero each at dozens of sends/replies.

Ebay has stopped responding to me altogether.

The negative actions on my account seem to have stopped, and I managed to gain "Top Rated Seller" during all this. The brand seems amicable to repealing their 2 vero complaints.

Now the question: since this started, my numbers have dropped to half, and are not recovering. My impressions, clicks, views....all half. Anything I can do, or am I just under the algorithms jack-boot with those vero complaints on my record? Even if the brand repeals them, am I still "hit"?

Even if you say "compatible with", you can't use the brand name in the title of your listing.

Did you try to relist the items or did you have others that were similar?

Make sure you have proof in writing that the company that Vero'd you is willing to lift it.  They also have to notify Ebay of that as well.  Make sure both are done before you start listing them again or you could end up getting your account sanctioned again, this time they may take away you selling privileges all together.

You waste a lot of valuable space by not using your Titles correctly.  You should remember that needs to be words people might search by.  On your dice you have a two word title.  I'm honestly surprised any of them sold.  You don't say what color they are, size, style of dice or how many are in the listing.  Not in the title and not in the description.  Shortcuts in your titles will cut down on your sales.  Cut downs on your description cause questions and potential returns.
