Why are my prices going down on my items that i have listed? Some of my good items are selling dirt cheap and that is not what the were listed at? Can someone please help me! Is there something in my settings somewhere that i need to address?

A) Ebay glitch.
B) Someone is hacking in to your account and lowering your prices.
C) You are mistaken.

No one but you, the seller, can change the prices. Are you starting your prices too low?

Can you provide an example of a listing that sold for less than the price you have set.

This might be happening. eBay tends to sneak in what they feel you should be selling your items for just to sell them. It's totally wrong and it needs to stop. People are selling things for $6 that are worth $60. Please see my photo I'm attaching:
Do you see where you insert your price? Go right and click on see all options. If any of the toggles are set to the blue, slide the ones you don't want to use to the left (gray) and keep an eye on them as well. This happened me and since I've seen many other posts of the same here concerning. It's very underhanded on eBays part and it disappoints me as well that eBay would stoop to something this sneaky. But then again...
Hope this was helpful.
Happy selling

This happened to me about 2 years ago when I noticed my prices were decreasing. So being the super sleuth that I am, I checked my options and sure enough they had all been enabled by eBay. Was not happy. I see so many of the same posts here of the same and mostly it seems to happen to new sellers who are unaware of this sneaky feature. I wish eBay would just stop it. It's not fair to the new sellers who are unfamiliar with this very unpopular feature. They wind up cancelling the sale as they pretty much made nothing $$ for something that was worth so much more. Then they get a defect for a cancellation. Ridiculous. Sure wish the OP would reply. It's frustrating when they don't because this is most likely the problem.

I think those "pricing options" are only to enable or disabale seeing that particular option on the listing form - if you turn them "off," then you just don't see that option on the listing form. For example, if you have the "Best offer" option enabled, it doesn't put Best Offer on the listing, it just gives you the checkbox option on the listing form. Disabling the "Best offer" pricing option just makes the checkbox go away on the listing form.
That "See all options" drop down is just a way to clean-up and streamline the options you're seeing on the listing form. It's basically a useless bell and/or whistle.

FYI, I decided to donate to charity on one of my listings the other night.
eBay then set that as my default for all new listings, whether I make them on the app or on the desktop... I suspect that that is normal behavior? I'm glad to donate, just not on ALL my listings. 😊
So far it has not affected my older listings however.

eBay had a tool called eBay easy pricing that would automatically lower prices after a certain amount of time.
It was only available in the APP and only available to new sellers for a limited amount of time.
I haven't heard about it for awhile and I don't see it in the help pages. But when I read the OP, that is the product that I immediately thought of.

I remember that and thought the same but I don't see it being offered now.

It was discontinued several years ago due to all the issues that are being described in this thread. People were livid. Their items were being sold for a fraction of the costs and they didn't know how to handle it other than with complete confusion. In some respects I believe it still exists because eBay is STILL checking those boxes off. Like I stated earlier, many new sellers have no clue about these features as they are still getting their feet wet being new sellers. I can see how many would get discouraged.
