Send offers feature is no good. They make offers. I'm not notified and it expires.

I just think it's a mess. I've lost a lot of money. I get expired offers because I was never notified. Right now, I keep getting notified about an item that was expired 2 weeks ago but with no new offers.. Makes no sense.
