"View Feedback" now instead of showing the (count)????

So now we have to add ANOTHER point and click to JUST see what our Feedback count is?  The purpose of this?  Who knows ...

For myself (and I acknowledge everyone is different on this subject) ... seeing the count typically tells me I have new FB so I can check it out at my convenience ... now of course just to SEE if I got new FB I have to point and click ...

... can we have some more pointing and clicking and scrolling please?

😄   " My cat smokes while she packs your item."  (in your other listings.)

I got to get my cats to do the packing.  😄 😄

Not my cat.   That is Fatty, from 3 doors down the street.   She comes to my house to eat my cat Sparky's food.   Alas,  Sparky passed away last year.   Sparky was a big help at keeping the packing peanuts fluffed and inspecting inside all the boxes for me.

if they are running under your kitchen counters they are within the freshness date... if they are in your wall and bit stinking up the place, they have expired.

No, no, no.   That photo is several years old.   I took it to show Fatty's owner that she needed a better grade of chow.

Just noticed myself.  Not sure what to think.  Maybe they want us to click it more to see.

Oh - oh!

The ones in my walls are fresh and keep the cats running from one room to another in the winter time.   ( What happens when you have 140 year old log home with finished walls )

Love the the pitter patter of kitty paws during the middle of the night with at least one of them jumping on you while crossing the bed .

You've hit the nail on the head.  Ebay has contracted out the feedback system and the subcontractor gets paid by the click.

Unfortunately, have to cut into the wall, hoping your close to where the dead rodent is and fish it out, then patch the wall after... pain in arsft... imagine it's not different for log home, you'd be cutting into the finished wall but not the logs behind it...hopefully those finished walls are drywall.

Re: "View Feedback" now instead of showing the (count)????

Funny thing, when I purchased this home 40 years ago, I removed the cracked, double layer plaster over the logs.

In doing this, piles of nut shells fell out of the walls. I took buckets of shells and dumped them outside.  Instead of drywalling, I removed the mud chinking and replaced it with cement chinking. - no mice and no more nuts. 😄

yeah, likely a smart move there. Most log homes I've seen and worked in when was younger don't cover the wood log walls. Had a friend back east in NJ that had bought a small ranch style house on the mountain. He had an issue for like a year with family of flying squirrels getting into his attic, from there they would make frequent visits through the rest of the house. Nasty little things, try and capture them and they would charge and try to attack you. Laughed my butt off when he tried to have me hold the ladder so he could pop through the hatch to the attic and try to shot them with a bb gun, needless to say he missed every time and they charged and he feel off the ladder. Eventually we got rid of them by staking the house out and finding where they were getting in at. Turns out on his front deck, right next to the living room at the one end of the house there is an old large pine tress that over hangs the roof...they would jump from the tress and soar to the roof and then go to the soffit under living room bay window and corner of the door they were getting in two spots through the soffit. We waited til they were out of the attic and then torn the soffit down and rebuilt it... solved the issue finally.

Re: "View Feedback" now instead of showing the (count)????

I've been getting that for months. If I go  up to "My Ebay" pull down the menu and click selling, once it refreshes it comes back. Usually after I print a label and go back to the home page is when I see (View Feedback).

It never stays. Just refresh and it might work. I've  never complained because it eventually comes back.

Re: "View Feedback" now instead of showing the (count)????

This was being discussed by Mentors on another thread, Sheila joined the conversation and was having Khoros restart the whole community.  I know earlier in the day I couldn’t view my feedback at all, and now I can.

@mr_lincoln yup, this change isn't new though, they have been placing it off and on past month or so, it shows up for a day or so then disappears goes back to show the feedback count. Not sure why, if some kind of glitch or they playing around with the idea of keeping it that way... but I hate it, as I'm not always on the profile page when moving around seller hub i like to see all feedback when received and only way to know that is to keep going to the profile page of my account now. Another THUMBS DOWN 👎 for ebay site design.

Hmmm, @nuclearomen ... wondering if this like the roving "Sell" button ... it keeps moving and changing ...
