problem shipping to Hong Kong

Hi guys, I tried everything. I cannot get this label to print.  It keeps saying please add validvalue for destination city, but I have tried everything. I tried shortening, adding in different places, etc...this is ridiculous! What am I doing wrong?

13/F, flat D, shun cheong building
913-923 canton road, Mong Kok
Hong Kong

That is the address^

Each line is the line that takes up the space to write changes in the address part of the label. The only part that isn't able to be altered is the Hong Kong.

Penguin had the best one, yet.  Try PayPal or someplace else to print it.

Can't, personally, recommend better than that - I always write it out and go to the post office - dinosaur here.  Smiley Very Happy

This wouldn't be a problem if eBay verified shipping addresses when the buyers entered them 😞

But Hong Kong has always had funky addresses ... and Macau too ...

@hightidealong

Make sure that the tracking copied over into eBay.

If it didn't, manually copy paste it from PayPal

Frankly, since it works right for other places, I figure it is something - once again - in the programming ebay uses.  They should verify that, and the third party, first.
