problem shipping to Hong Kong

Hi guys, I tried everything. I cannot get this label to print.  It keeps saying please add validvalue for destination city, but I have tried everything. I tried shortening, adding in different places, etc...this is ridiculous! What am I doing wrong?

13/F, flat D, shun cheong building
913-923 canton road, Mong Kok
Hong Kong

That is the address^

Each line is the line that takes up the space to write changes in the address part of the label. The only part that isn't able to be altered is the Hong Kong.

When I run into a problem such as yours, I google how to address xx address.  It normally has something to do with the placement of the city/state/zip.

Try adding (SAR) to the Hong Kong

The address is missing the Territory (sort of like a State code)

Mong Kok is in Kowloon ... I looked up other Mong Kok places (like hotels and restaurants)  ... According to the link I posted ...

Hong Kong is the country, you shouldn't have to change it 😞
