my first chargeback

sold a $500+ aaron judge auto card. it went thru the authentication process and was delivered to the buyer. four days later i get the notification they disputed the charge due to not recognizing the transaction. am i covered by ebay? we messaged mulltiple times about price and finally come to an agreement and i accepted so they obviuosly knew what they were doing

as long as you shipped to the address provided you should be covered

@young31415   didn't the notification from ebay state the parameters of the case? like 'we got you covered', upload tracking, etc? it did the few times i got chargebacks.
