Why is ebay holding my $865  for 300 days and not paying me interest ????

Pretty sure that's explained to all new and/or infrequent sellers.

And it's up to 30 days.

     There are probably a couple of reasons your funds are on hold. The first being you are a new seller and the second being the Signed Autograph official Star Wars Radio Invitation was a high priced item. As to why they are not paying you interest is because they are not forced to do so. The whole funding hold policy is below. In my opinion the funding hold policy is simply eBay covering their own posterior.
