The seller is using a picture from Gibson Guitars web site to sell a guitar. The picture of the guitar in question costs $19,999 from Gibson and is a Murphy Lab Kirk Hammett Greeny 1959 Les Paul. To me this is fraud and should be addressed since the add states he's sold 22 so far. Thank you.

If the buyers are not happy with their purchase, they can return it for a full refund.

Every listing comes with a report feature. Use the Report This Item link to alert eBay, and follow the promps.

There is nothing for you to report - those are replicas.

Wow. That is impressive. Chinese counterfeiters seem to be able to replicate anything. I however doubt those guitars sound like the real thing.
You can't by the way post the ID of the seller here.

What does the OP use as a reason for the report?

Well... Fender has been using China and other countries for their Squier line for decades and Gibson for the Epiphone stuff. I THINK these same plants are selling the off brand stuff (maybe factory seconds?)
Almost as good as the "real thing" in my opinion

If you feel strongly about, that contact Gibson about the possibility of their images being used.

People don't buy by the picture alone.
if you read the feedback for that item the buyers are happy. They know it isn't a "real" Gibson, not for that price, and it wasn't advertised as an authentic 1959 Gibson, and it's brand new. It's a replica.
eBay doesn't care if the seller is using someone else's picture. eBay steals pictures themselves. I sold a rare item, two sold on eBay in 5 years,,, and eBay took the picture I took of this item and put it in their product catalog. They also took my picture of a common item that there are stock photos available to use.

I have (had) a 67 Epiphone acoustic guitar that was fantastic. Made in Nashville.
I played a friend's that was made in China in the 80s. It sounded a sko-shie bit different but still it was impressive. Then again there are those that can play the hale outta a homemade cigar box guitar and made it sound good.
