I had a couple sales cancelled by the buyer. I can only leave Positive feedback. I don't have any other options. How do I fix this? Thanks

Sellers can only leave positive feedback for buyers, it's been this way for a very long time.

To the best of my knowledge, a buyer cannot cancel.
Only the seller can cancel.
So how did your buyer cancel the sale?

You can't fix, just don't leave feed back for them. Ebay doesn't allow negative positive feedback

Come on – you know that the buyer can’t cancel. Please be nice.

This is where you're going to want to use all caps in the positive review. That's what all the sellers have agreed on means it's actually a negative so we can warn each other about these bad customers. I'd say something like "GREAT BUYER A--------------------- *TAKE HEED IT'S A- NOT A+"

Ditto.

Thanks for the support. The main purpose of these boards should be to help people, not make them feel small for making a mistake or asking a reasonable question. It really is nasty how people coming for help are belittled. Some will ignore this behavior, some tolerate it, some endorse it.

Nothing to fix.
Sellers can not leave negative feedback for buyers, only positive.
As others have suggested, leave no feedback and carry on.

Fix what? insulting the buyer? It's already fixed, and that's why you can't.

Don't forget to add them to your Blocked Buyer List.

As you well know, I would never offer you 'support'. The purpose of the boards is also to be nice to other posters, not belittle them every chance you get. Its gotten very old .

Not sure. They cancel their bids.

Despite the narrative, there is an easy history to review. I call someone out for being mean, and that’s not okay to some. Understood. I certainly don’t do it “every chance” I get - the numbers don’t come close to supporting the narrative.

Why would you want to leave a negative feedback because a buyer canceled an order? We all change our minds. I have cancelled too after rereading a listing and finding it was not what I wanted or there were problems with the description in the listing. That does not merit a negative. This is exactly why eBay does not allow sellers to leave feedback.
