How to get ebay to correct their missing carrier scans they are docking me for.

I have a buyer who purchased 10 items separately & was shipped with one tracking number. Ebay incorrectly is docking me for all 10 as "missing on time tracking or carrier scan". This is incorrect. The complete tracking history is available thru USPS....

Minimum offers

How do I turn off minimum offers in my ebay store? I don't set minimums when I list and often when I go back to check a listing a minimum amount for a customer to send an offer has been added. Maybe I would take a lower offer.

The fewer payout blocks, the more sellers want to post expensive items.
