If you read these boards long enough, you can get a sense of the basic motivations of many of the regular posters … knowing that we all have our ‘off’ days and occasional brain farts, and can be made to look ridiculous by typos and Autocorrects.
That said, when I saw the question about buyers cancelling sales … my first thought was that the poster was trying to rule out the possibly that an eBay agent took some action at a buyer’s request. [Does anyone doubt that could happen?]
I personally didn’t sense any snark or ill will in the question … and I was surprised that someone else did … but our impressions aren’t always the same.
