ebay openly admits technical error in case grants appeal and steals money anyway

ebay openly admits technical error in case grants appeal and steals money anyway.  They wonder why the user pool keeps on shrinking, well it's the policies they have set up; every policy screws over the people who use ebay.  I have multiple confirmed  and validated bugs effecting the integration of tracking to the platform that has caused an exponential number of fraudulent INRs.  How on earth can they tell the customer,  it's a technical issue EBAY caused but we're going to steal your money anyway.  This place truly sucks

what are the bugs?  Certainly no great number of people claiming INR's on these boards.

Can you give an example of what happened? I've had two INRs in the past year and both were automatically closed in my favor because the tracking showed "Delivered."

If it is like you say and there is some sort of technical error, could you please tell us what the error is? As far as your conversation with CS, they always agree with you no matter the situation. In all actuality they did not have a technical error they just wanted you off the phone.

It looks like you are using Ebay Standard Envelope shipping for collector cards. That method of shipping does not provide either Acceptance or Delivery scans because its based on routing codes and not tracking barcodes. The automatic sorting machines can read and report routing codes but the tracking software on carrier scanners and tracking scanners does not read routing codes.

So an ESE mailing will not show as Delivered. If a buyer files an INR you will have to refund and then ask Ebay for restitution. Thats how ESE mailings work.

PS. You might at least get that latest Neutral removed if you appeal it to Ebay as its a product review and not feedback on the transaction with the seller.
