Why do we sell on a platform that has NO customer service for sellers?? You can spend hours on the web site being sent in circles if you like and have nothing else to do but maybe run a business..

You cannot call directly, but you can request a call back from eBay if you are in the US:

Or you may be able to contact eBay via social media:

If you have a general question that does not involve account details, you can try asking a question here or on one of the other discussion boards. Lots of experienced users can offer advice and suggestions.

Maybe because so many sellers just want to ask why their items aren't selling. 

If you have a technical issue or just need some account support, then just go to the ebay for business page in facebook & a CS agent will reach out to you.

I know it's true but it's mind boggling to me that sellers actually call ebay for that reason.
